MBA in Sociology and Psychology
I completed an MBA in Sociology and Psychology — a postgraduate management program focused on understanding human behavior and social interactions. It gave me a set of soft skills that engineering work alone does not teach: reading people, motivation, and group dynamics. For leading teams, that combination has been at least as useful as the technical side.
